Guacamole!
 

Guacamoleskine:

6 ripe avocados
3 cloves garlic, pressed
2 jalapeno peppers, minced
1/4 purple onion, minced
2 teaspoons white vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

Please take care when working with the peppers! The oils can come off on your hands. If you touch your face, or rub your eyes... well, it burns like hell. Also remember, the heat between individual peppers can vary greatly. So, it's best to start with one. --You can always add another later if it's not hot enough.
